CLOTHING SWAPS AND OP SHOPS
Finding bargain clothing is easier than ever before with a number of budget retail stores around the city and plenty of Op Shops that redistribute their profits back into the local community. Big chain stores like Big W and Kmart often have everyday clothing essentials like t-shirts, shorts, sleepwear and children's clothing at great prices.
Visit your local op shops. If you want to make your own fashion statement then regularly visiting the Op Shops around town is a great idea. You can even take your children and pick up a cheap present here and there while you shop – stock is regularly replaced and you can really find some fantastic pre-loved wardrobe pieces.

Organise a clothes swap day. Work out a date with your friends and get them to bring along clothes that no longer fit or that are no longer needed. Spend an evening with your friends trying on clothes and swapping them around.
Make sure that you have a room with a mirror that is the designated change room so everybody can try clothes on if they need to.
A great evening and (hopefully) everyone goes home with something new for FREE.
